Bridie Wolejko, Lydia the Tattoo Lady

Bridie creates whimsical collages based on a variety of subject matter including fantasy, folklore, nature, and the occult. Her images are often familiar conjuring childhood nostalgia from bygone eras, yet are uniquely part of their own world. Her collage pieces are sourced from books and magazines and she often incorporates vintage wallpaper samples and acrylic paint into her work giving them a mixed media quality. They are sealed with an acrylic gloss coat.
